Loren Brooks has been a clinical and consulting psychologist since 1990. She has extensive research, teaching, consultation, and clinical experience in the areas of human development and interpersonal behavior.

Dr. Brooks has gained national media recognition for her previous work related to the impact of trauma on children and adults at University of California, San Francisco, and has made regular media appearances on programs such as The Oprah Winfrey Show. She has extensive teaching experience with undergraduates and graduate students, across numerous areas of psychology.

In her consulting work, she has worked with C-Level executives, senior management, internal legal counsel, and human resource executives, in Fortune 100 corporations, law firms, government agencies, universities, and organizations within the media industry. Her work has taken her to Europe, Asia, United States, Canada, and Africa. She currently practices just outside of Boston and is engaged in organizational consulting, forensic psychological assessment, and the provision of clinical treatment.
